Spring Tree Apartments:

- Parking is crowded - sometimes it's hard to find a space which is not fun in the winter.

- Kids are very loud. Residents in low-income housing near apartments crank rap music with obscene lyrics. Soundproofing is not good in buildings. Dogs barking.

- Grounds are not well kept. Lots of mud and lots of dog poop.

- Cars get broken into. Lighting not adequate in some areas. Shady "gang bangers" in low income housing and all along Amherst which runs by most of the apartments.

- Apartments are old and not well constructed.

- Maintenance is spotty with high turnover.

- Washers and dryers frequently don't work.
