By and large springtree apt is nice place to live.There is a lake across the street where you can go exercise around the lake.If, you like working, there are other walking paths you may chose to walk.The staff here i think are helpful and they try to do their best for the resident.We have live here 7 years and is not perfect but is not too bad.I thing i would like to see improve is the parking is terrible during winter days.Please management should try and screen well and not to allow all kinds persons in the community.There are children who live in the community too.Thank you
