i have lived here for 2 months. roaches roaches roaches! they keep saying they are getting rid of them,but,their feeble attempts have gone no where. there is mold problems in the ceilings from dripping pipes. lots of foreigners cooking very smelly food. apts were remodeled nice but no linen closet or broom closet. still, roaches are the main complaint. i will be breaking my lease due to the roaches. yuck. who or what decent person can live with those filthy creatures. all the office people do is lie to you and make promises that are juvenile and can never be met. buildings are not secured nor are the basements. anyone could come in your building and do something sinister if they wanted to. do not move into this apartment complex. its not worth paying almost $800 a month to live with dirty nasty roaches....

I agree with you.I moved out of Springtree 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier! I never had any roach problems but I did have to deal with the mold in the bathroom and maintenance would just go to paint over the mold and it would always come back.They even kept part of my deposit because they said it was my fault for keeping the door closed.I really don't care they charged me for that , I'm just happy I am finally out of that guetto.I am glad someone else agrees with me that there is definitely a problem with dripping pipes causing the mold.Good luck finding a new place and make sure you take pictures of everything so you have proof of how bad it really is !
