Pros: Its very quiet in my area of the building, I never hear my neighbors at all. I never smell cig smoke, and there are no screaming kids or wife beaters. Parking is right outside my door, technically, but I have to walk up 38 steps to get there. Hot water heat, and its paid.

Cons: No dishwasher, no laundry in unit, its 3 flights down stairs (not easy for being 6 mo pregnant!!!) I have complained since day 1 of my patio being unsafe and broken, and window screens having holes... and 7 months later - they are still not fixed. Spiders everywhere in the summer, it was sooooo foul. In my parking lot, there are at least 5 cars that havent moved since in 7 months. They look trashy and nasty. Office keeps bugging me for my phone number (I dont have a home phone, just a cell) yet they wont fix my apartment's problems' Rude!!
