I have lived at Snrise Heights for the past 3 years . In the past 6 months I have noticed several improvments such as updated outside lighting. The laundry rooms are awesome with new maytag neptune washers. They allow dogs with no weight restricion. The office staff is very nice, and contrary to what another review said the staff does know what they are doing and they have great customer service skills. I would recommend Sunrise Heights to anyone. It is also a great location close to Lake Mendota, is walking distance to McDonalds and across the street from Family video.
