I have lived at this complex for the last 2 years. Obviously I like the spot since I renewed my lease.

Things have started to change recently. The lights work, the staff is responsive, and rent is very reasonable. Just as most complexes, Sunrise Heights has its share of weird tenants. All in all, though, I am very pleased.

As a full time UW student, I find the location to be great and the surroundings to be very peaceful.

You must live in the building near the office as the lights in the courtyard or going up to my building have never worked in the 14 months that I've lived there.
