The manager wrote the only good
review because she thought it would look like a resident wrote it....she mainly sits on her butt all day doing nothing well here leasing agent does all the work and even helps out the maintance guys....The leasing agent is the only hard working person in the office and she had to quite because off the managers lazyness.....almost everything that is signed by the resident is void in the state of WI found that out by just looking at the lease no state mentioned if you look at it and it's 6 years old......the manager hired one maintace person who she new had no experince but she thought he was cute...he got paid to sit around and drink/do drugs/and not even come to work half the time it wasint until he got into a fight that she let him go.....she has no idea how to run sunrise heights but alliance managment let her run it right into the ground.....if you value your living area don't live anywhere she is managing it will just end up like trash............

The previous leasing agent placed this post. It is unfortunate retaliation. The leasing agent quit her job due to the fact she read the managers private e-mail and did not like what she saw.

I would like to know what was said in that e-mail. as I have talked with the manager and was told things about other employees that have worked at Sunrise Heights. Things that should not be discussed with tenants, EVER!
