I have lived @ Sunrise Heights for over 2 years and this place is great. Maintenance is quick and gets things done right away and correct the 1st time. I recommend Sunrise Heights to anyone and everyone looking for a great location to live and resonsible rent. My children love it here and the management is great and very easy to get along w/. They are always willing to work w/you if you need extensions on paying rent. There is a park and they are right by the lake it is in a very quiet and peaceful location. I never encountered anyone doing drug deals or drugs. But then again that can happen anywhere you live and if you see it then you should take action by calling the police. I would defiently recommend calling Sunrise Heights for your new home!!!!
