I have lived here for over three years. I have been missing the patio screen door the whole time, despite repeated requests for a new one. When a letter was sent around saying a repairman would be stopping at each apartment to see what needed fixing, no one ever, EVER, came. There is a hole in the wall where the cable outlet is and I do not want to know what lives in there, besides the giant spiders I see now and then. I was accused one month of handing in my rent check late, and I knew for a fact I had not, and since I didn't have a dated video for proof I was charged the late fee. Even though I had handed my check in ON TIME. There are squirrels that live in the roof, the shower randomly runs out of cold water, and police driving through the parking lot are a common sight. The new management also illegally tows vehicles, and I hope they get sued for it. I cannot wait to move out of here.
