Last month there was a fire in the building I lived in. I want to let everyone know that reads this site what a wonderful job management did on transfering people to new apartments. My apartment had smoke damage. Management paid for all of my packing and moving expenses to my unit. To top everything off I received a free upgrade.

Well, management --had-- to transfer tenants because its the -legal- thing to do; they weren't doing it out of the kindness of their hearts... The same goes for the moving companies that moved the tenants- don't think management covered that- the insurance did. A bank has held the paper for this place for several months now, so what does that say about the place? BEWARE OF THIS PLACE- there's plenty of rental places in Middleton and West Side of Madison. Again- DON'T DO IT!!
