If you are looking at all of these reviews. You notice a lot of truth in the "bad" reviews and if you read the few "good" ones they all highlight the same things and some of those good ones were written by that manager...umm i think her same was Sarah. I knew someone that lived there and let me tell you the 'bad' things are true. I just can't say it enough don't move there. When my friend lived there she kept getting the runaround.

I agree. The office has told me things, then turn around hours/days later, and forgot (read 'deny') what was said. I wish I could have a job like theirs! I would've been fired a long time ago, if I pulled this type of crap with my employer. Seems that the police are more concerned about the property than the people in the rental office. A matter of fact- I talked to someone from the City last winter and he mentioned that this property and an another in Middleton are the two trouble spots in town. Middleton is a good town to live in, but the way this property is run- its going to be a smaller version of Madison's Allied Dr. When will people wake up and expect change?
