Renting at Sunrise Heights has been my worst experience ever. Work orders were never taken care of. I had to live in my apartment in the heat of the summer without any window screens. It got so hot in my place I had to leave the windows open, and I routinely woke up covered in bug bites. Put in 4 different work orders and they were never taken care of. Over my one and a half years of residency the pool was never open yet they continued to use the pool as a selling point. The hallways were always filthy and smelly probably because they were never cleaned. Now that I finally got out of that dump management refuses to return my security deposit even though I have a form saying there was no damage. The form says right on it "refund amount = $290." They refuse to give me the correct amount. I guess I have to get a lawyer! I do not recommend this place to anybody.
