People in the office are great, very friendly and helpful. Maintenance ppl are very quick to reply and fix anything and they do it well. When I moved in I was given all new kitchen appliances, freshly painted, new rug, everything was beautiful and I have a wonderful courtyard view. The only complaint I have are the dryers in my building don't work very well and not enough ppl pick up their dog poop. But they're bringing much better residents, really cleaning up the place so that the ppl are a lot more responsible and respectful. They still have a ways to go but it has really changed for the better recently. For the price in this area, I would definately recommend taking a look at this place.
