Absolutely great

This was the best apartment I ever lived in. Gas fireplace, w/d, free underground parking space, great kitchen. Best value I have ever run across. Amazingly prompt, competent maintenance. Incredibly nice, helpful office staff (particularly Michelle, the manager); your wish is their command. 24-hour fitness where occasional breakdowns are quickly fixed. Great, clean pool and grounds. Nice tenants.
Sigh, I wish I still lived in Madison...
