Great place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
I lived at Waterside for 5 years and the ammenities and service have been great. Michelle is a very nice, very competent manager. Maintenance issues were always attended to quickly. Floor plans are great... had a 1 bed/1bath loft with private balcony and storage, W/D in unit. Free underground parking. I definitely recommend this place.
