I was sold by the "sound proofing" claim on the website. It's not true! The walls are paper thin, the management is not at all useful, and they take money from your security deposit for things that are out of your control (i.e. if the tenants before you leave stuff behind, etc.). Also, the construction was quick and sloppy, as you can see if you look closely throughout the place. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to live! The only perk is the nice neighborhood, but there are other complexes to choose from close by!
