Althought the laundry room was on the first floor there was a basemnt and the manager said they were covering and clinging the walls in the basement. They did spray to common areas monthly.

Wonderful Place to Live - I've been at Hunter's Square for 7 months now and it is a great place to rent. The attention to detail and response time is great. If I have a problem, they are there to fix it immediately or within 24 hours. The neighbor hood and security are good too. Security systems are included. Ample parking for guests.
