Don't rent untill they tell the reason for the fire accident happened in 2010. It engulfed one whole unit (out of 8 units in a block) and left the nearby unit half. Thankfully, there was no fatality. Terrible Fire accident - they didn't reveal the reason yet - The apartments are good for just exterior looks. But they r very much old and badly maintained.
