Quality of service has decreased substantially in the last year.
1. Shoveling sidewalks--unit sidewalks have continously been slippery this winter, to the point where I've purchased salt to remedy)
2. Repairs have not properly been made, but instead poor hacks.
3. Office staff seems indifferent to the renters.
4. Propery manager parks in one four available spots directly in front of the office, often requiring residence to park elsewhere while stopping for mail. Usually those types of spots would be reserved for customers and the employees park in more distant areas. I find that very disrespectful and lazy.
5. I've had a fire alarm dismantled for over a year and a half--I'm pretty sure that there is supposed to be inspections, but obviously that hasn't happened.
6. Office hours are inconvienent--10am to 6pm, but 3 of the 4 last times I've stopped in at 5:30pm to pick up a package I had waiting, the office had closed early.
7. Packages are signed for by office personal and not kept secure. This has also changed in the last year. Anyone can walk in, with or without a proof of package slip, and take a package in front of office personal without any proof that they have one.
8. Excercise room has continously had broken equipment. There is currently a sign on the treadmill indicating it will be fixed in 14 days.
