Beautiful Place to live if you can afford it!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived in a one bedroom for one year. I never had any problems. The grounds are lovely and are kept in top condition. I never heard my neighbors. I had brand new appliances and a garage. No complaints except for the price. I would of stayed if I could of afforded it but 820.00 a month for a one bedroom is just too high. This was even after my city employee discount was added. I was paying more than my friends who own a 3 bedroom house!
