Their application form violates housing laws

Arbor Ridge requires that you give height, weight, eye color, hair color, and well as other pieces of information which are none of their business, on rental application form. It is in a questionable area, so they need this information to decriminate on who they rent to. I don't see any other purpose for collecting this info on a rental application as long as one can provide proof of indentity (which they require as well). As a matter of fact, they photocopy your license if you want to just look at an apartment.
