They charge for the clubhouse where as other apartment complexes does not

All other apartments that I have been in the clubhouse if free of charge if you have any party or gathering that you need to celebrate. And most of them are spacious than arbour ridge as well.
However you have to pay a sum of money on top of the deposit that you pay ( I believe taking a deposit is fair, yet disagree on the charge on top of that) after all we are paying good money for the apartments as well.

I think that something else went wrong with your party and not you are taking it out on Arbor Ridge. I recently spent an entire month looking for a new aparment, and I toured places throughout downtown Milwaukee & in multiple suburbs. Every place I toured required you to pay to rent out the club house. They were very up front about that.
