We fell in love with this place when we first saw it... then three weeks later we were broken into and robbed. The neighborhood is one thing that can throw you off. To the south are some restaurants, nice houses, and a corporate office park. To the north is a pretty dirty ghetto. One of the things that we first loved when we viewed this place was the private attached garage and private entry-way. Unfortunately, the private entry way includes a poorly structured, weak door that seemed very easy for someone to jimmy into. Another thing that the private entryways provide is an easy access for bugs, flies, etc to come in to the apartment since this property is set on a nature preserve (lots of spiders). On the other hand, I think that the management is quite kind. The pool area is a great plus. The property has free tanning beds, although they are a little outdated. Besides the bugs, I think the apartments are pretty nice inside. Full-size washer and drier, all the appliances you need (besides a microwave), good size bathroom and walk in closet. However, the location is set WAY to far from downtown or anything in that nature. We could of just gotten a bad deal with the break in and that may have skewed our outlook of this property... but it's not the place for us.
