I lived at arbor ridge for a year and would not recommend that you sign a lease there. If you do chose to live there or currently live there, get everything in writing because the lead leasing agent Mary will do just about anything include lie in court to get out of paying you back your security deposit.
Although, I was never a subject of a crime, there were several robberies within the arbor ridge complex and a lady was shot dead in the adjoining complex last winter when she was walking from her car to her apartment. I m not just saying this or making things up. Ask the leasing office about this murder and see what they say, I also recommend calling the local police district (414) 935-7243 and ask them.

The pool is nice to look at but in the summer at night it is full of shady people making a lot of noise. I would not ask any of my friends to hang out with that crowd. The main building is nice, there are a few computers and a photo copy machine. The coyer is nice (bring you own paper), but the computers are always occupied by kids looking at their MySpace pages. You cannot download any files like a work or pdf on the computer and often the computers don t even work.

So, please beware and if you fall in love with the place, please call around because after the sun sets, you will have to bring out your bullet proof vest!
