I lived here for a year with a roommate. The layout to the 2-bedroom was good for my situation as the place was pretty much split in half with the kitchen and living room in the middle and the bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite ends of the apartment.

Parking is not assigned and there is limited parking near your building, but if you don't mind walking 1/4 mile from your car to your apartment it's alright. It can get pretty bad on weekends or late at night too but that's a given.

Like any apartment complex, be careful with what you leave in your car. My car got broken into 3 days after I moved in along with about a half-dozen other vehicles. The idiots ripped my entire dash apart to get to my stereo in my unlocked car. The apartment manager even told me afterwards that the complex usually sees a car break-in every few months.

Maintenance is performed in a fairly timely manner. The rent is pretty affordable for multiple roommates so your neighbors are usually younger people (like myself) who party frequently (like I did).

You do get a nice little porch/balcony, and there's central air/heat which is awesome in the winter. Monthly electric bills run around $120-$150 if you run lots of appliances since heat/air isn't included with rent.
