I lived at Autumn Glen and the ONLY nice thing I had was a washer/dryer in my unit. I had a 2BR/2BA upper unit. The building was quite old, so it needed some major updating. The door to the unit was in bad shape. The lock was ancient and very cheap. The carpeting needed to be replaced and felt crunchy underfoot. I complained, but they said it had just been cleaned. I told them it felt like someone had spilled milk and let it dry.

Parking was a nightmare!! Since I worked a later shift (9-6 p.m.), I literally had no parking spot. They offered garages, but you had to pay another $80/mo. I was already paying $830/mo, so $910 was a little ridiculous for that apartment.

The balcony was awful. It measured maybe 5x6. You couldn't really enjoy it. They told me I could grill if I wanted to, but I couldn't because I had power lines hanging right above the balcony.

One of the most annoying things was that I couldn't fit my couch in the doorway of my unit!!! I had my furniture for 8 years and never had a problem getting my couch into any of my apartments. So, I had no couch to sit on, just the loveseat.

The absolute worst part about living there was the centipedes! I absolutely HATE centipedes and they were in abundance. My hallway door had a 1-inch gap on the bottom, so the damn things would crawl right under along with anything else that could fit. I constantly had a can of Raid on hand.

It definitely wasn't worth $830 a month. I lived in better apartments for less. I wouldn't recommend it.
