I moved in because it's one of the only decent places that allow dogs in the Milwaukee area that doesn't charge $1,000 a month in rent. At first everything went well but residents throw cigarettes all over the place, things left outside are stolen, people don't pick up dog poop, clothes that come out of the laundry room smell weird, and management is not always helpful. I had a noise problem with another resident who was keeping me awake all night and I was told unless I involved the police nothing would be done. If you are really desperate to find a place to live that allows dogs it's not bad, but otherwise I would not recommend it.
