My apartment was in need of a serious maintenance: curling kitchen linoleum, chronically bad plumbing in the bathroom (the bathtub drain was constantly plugging despite all of my best efforts and for a while there was almost no water pressure in the shower. This was a fairly cheap and conveniently located place to leave while attending UWM, but if I had it to do all over again I would have moved a bit further away just to avoid the headache of the poor staff and rude and overly inquisitive neighbors.
