My husband and I have lived at Briarwick for over 1 year now. I have also lived here with a roommate approximately 7 years ago for a few years. It has always been a nice place to live. We have only had a few things to be fixed by maintenence, and they were always taken care of immediately. Also, we had a minor noise issue with a neighbor, and management also took care of it immediately. I usually deal with Lauren at the Briarwick office, and she is always very pleasant and professional. Our lease just came up for renewal, and we had no reservation about signing for another year.
