I totally agree with you about the maintenance. We also live in the complex and it took them over 2 months and a call to the building inspector to fix our roof and now the problem is back so badly that water is literally coming out of our walls.

i dont know where your at but but ya it sucks my roof was really bad this summer. kinda pissed me off. I live in bldg8. i really want to move out but its not worth it right now
