A wonderful resident of our apartment complex recently hit my car. I have your plate number and you have my paint (which is a distinct color I might add) on the front of your car. Why would anyone hit someone's car and not say anything. Have you no morals or values' If I damaged someone elses vehicle or anything else for that matter I would do the right thing. I would contact that person and make it right. I cannot force you to come forward, but I bet the police can take one look at your front end, match the paint and make a determination. Make it easy on both of us and come forward. One or two days and I will report this. Don't bother trying to cover it up. I already took pictures of your vehicle and the damage even though your damage is not as major as mine.
