As a long time resident of Brairwick(nearly 25 years) I have come to know this place very well. No doubt under the previous manager, tenant relations became at best adversarial.Tenant concerns/problems were addressed with indifference and consequently many voted with their feet and moved. Throughout my many years here certain things didnot change-the maintenance crew 1st rate,the office staff is courteous and helpfuland the grounds are kept tidy.
