OUTSTANDING another thing you must be a dirty person. Cause they keep this place lousy. The carpet in the apartments needs replaced and patio doors need replaced and I think they should do something about the Speeding on Waterford sq. N. Lots of trash laying around grounds needs to be cleaned up...

It is interesting that after new management (albeit nicer) shows up and many tenants move out, that good reviews start showing up on this listing. Maybe the landlords should stop taking long vacations up North and to Florida and care a little bit more about their property. ah-hem
