Residents range from Marquette Grad students to the retired. Most of the residents are very polite and courteous. Problem residents are dealt with swiftly. The units themselves are a bit pricey for the size, but the view helps soften the cost. The building has a workout room for cardio and when the feeling strikes, you can hit the rooftop pool. There are tennants that have been here since day one; that should speak for itself.
