this place may seem ok on the surface, but watch out. you will be lied to by the owner/manager Bonnie about alot concerning the building and how its maintained, that is a fact. you will loose your security deposit no matter what, guaranteed! it is so poorly maintained that you would think its total ghetto after just a month of living there, if you werent so lucky to see that before signing the lease. elevators havent worked properly in years infact you will probably get stuck in one and need to be rescued during your 1 yr lease. there is only one maintenance guy, he cant nearly keep up, his workmanship it garbage. the place is half empty for a reason but they wont tell you that, but it is. the other comments here are accurate about the dogs and the smell when you come in, if it isnt the dog crap by the elevators, its the sludge from the restruant smeared and dried on the floor. whoever is hired to clean that place at night probably lives in squallar and doesnt know what clean even is. years of mismanagement have left this nicely located apt in ruins.
