So first off you have a SUMLORD as an owner, named Bonnie Joseph! The building is in disarray and there only engineer isn't even an engineer. I think they found him off the street. Renters beware, no one lives in these units and once you move in it's all down hill fast!

It's a tough place to live, but Connie is really really nice and she makes you feel very comfortable!
