This woman is an absolute nightmare. She will not work with you if it costs her more than 50 cents...she would rather take you to court. I was unable to afford my rent because of employment downsizing and I TRIED VERY hard to get a sublet for this appartment. Only when I "abandoned" the appartment after three months of paying rent (which I was not living there) would management (under Bonnie Joseph (Bockl)'s nightmarish control) show the appartment to get it re-rented. I will be taken to court over this, however I am entertaining the thought of a counter-suit to bring this slumlord with no conscience to justice. The groundsman called the office lady a f---ing c--nt, and Bonnie did nothing. The office lady was in tears. This is so highly illegal, I can hardly believe it. The man was NOT fired, and Bonnie slime-talked her way so that she did not have to bput forth any effort to find a replacement for the man. The office lady still works there. This woman is not worth the ground next to the property she owns...truly dispicable behavior.

I have heard the same about this woman. I am sorry to hear about your experience, my friend had a very similar one when Washington Mutual closed operations last year. Way to inspire loyalty and long-lasting tenure, Bonnie. Hopefully, what goes around will eventually come around, and you will wind up bankrupt and homeless yourself.
