Honest Review

I will break down the good and the bad with this building. I have not been living here long but have seen a lot already. I would say that this place is not good or bad, just mediocre. Moving in was a nightmare for me and the owner was completely unaccomodating. It's quite funny because everyone else that worked there was willing to help out in the situation. Since then things have been good. The common areas are clean, I've had a couple of maintenance issues and Frank fixed the same day I called and my unit is clean nice, and all appliances are newer. It's fairly quite on my floor so that's good. There are problems though. The laundry room is not up to standards. There are a few really old machines. Most have been replaced with newer ones but even the newer ones don't work that well. The other problem I have is with some of the people living there. This place could be great if there was some money put into some renovations. Even though it's older it could be more upscale. I have not seen any problems with bums or thugs hanging out around the building. I go outside to smoke often and go out until late at night a few nights a week. So if that was the situation I would have seen it. There are some seemingly undesirables in the building though. I don't know if there is a limit to the amount of people in a given size apartment. I live in the biggest size unit they have and I live alone. It's a perfect size for 1 person, maybe a couple. We have entire families living in tiny apartments. It's not so much a problem with that or couples. It's more when multiple guys are living together. You get these broke ass thugs sharing a 700 sq ft loft so they can afford it. Along with them you get all there friends. That is my only real probelm so far. It's not that bad but I could see problems happening with some of those that live there.
