Really really loud, garbage trucks every morning (excpet Sunday) between 4 and 7 am. Walls are paper thin and people play loud music 24 - 7. I lived there for a year and I couldn't wait to get out. I found a place about 2 blocks away, in a nicer, quiter, cleaner building, that is the same size for about $100/mo less! Laundy... hahaha, it sucks. Many homeless people outside, sometimes they even seek inside and sleep in the halls. Don't live there.
