Nice place

This is a modern apartment building with mostly courteous and mature neighbors and a great location. I could never hear the neighbors, unless we both had windows open, or someone was out on their balcony. The garage parking is great, the lot parking is ok (gets bad in winter), and the street parking is plentiful, but you'll deal with the usual street parking problems: dents and dings, radio theft, etc.
The location is great. Across the street from a a grocery store and restaurants, and walking distance to the lake.
The biggest downfall is the price. This place is not cheap by any means, but it's obvious they put a good portion of that money back into the property. Upkeep is constant. The whole place doesn't even look the same as when I moved in last year--it was completely redone: hallways, RFID keys, paintings, lobby, fitness room, everything! the park is in the center of the property and there are TONS of pets. If you don't like dogs, you do NOT want to live here, although the owners are generally very courteous.
