We've lived here several years, and while the earlier reviews were pretty accurate back when they were made, don't rely on them now. A new manager was hired a while back, an event that seems to coincide with the company no longer spending an adequate amount of money on the place. New manager is terrible, will tell you any lie to get you to move in. After that, good luck even getting your calls returned. The appliances are old, maintenance is a joke, and you can expect to do a lot of cleaning on your own after move in because your place will be filthy. Whatever you do, don't rent based on seeing the beautiful website or equally beautiful model apartment. Insist on seeing the actual unit you will be renting BEFORE you sign your lease. The earlier review was also correct about insulation. There is none. Plan to spend a lot of money on heating and air conditioning!
