-Noisy neighbors(you WILL hear everything)
-Non-exsistent landlord(fails to help if you have a problem)
-Useless building manager(he tells you to call the landlord)
-Ancient air-conditioning unit(costs $100 a month to use)
-Alley for parking never has snow removal
-Putrid smells of trash by dumpsters in underground parking
-Free heat, but doesn't get very warm
-Increased monthly rent by $150.00 despite there being no building/apartment improvements.
-Three cars were broken into in a one year time period in back parking spaces. Another woman was carjacked in front of our building.

Finally, our landlord tried to keep us in a month-to-month lease by not allowing us to move during the months of September to June. This is despite the fact that all lease obligations were met.
