Let me first state that the negative comments in other reviews are far from the truth. The manager is professional, honest, and an overall good guy. He always takes action on matters of concern and maintenance. When my husband and I chose this residence, this apartment complex really stood out. The manager, friendly residents, appearance of the apartments themselves, location, and safety were the key factors in our decision. We knew this place was different from the rest when we met with the exceptional manager and encountered the tremendously friendly people who resided here. You can see that this really is a community, not just an apartment building. That community involves the manager and the maintenance fellow as well. The layout of the apartments are attractive, closets are spacious, sound proofness is very good, and the two balconies are a great plus. Located directly across from the library and police station adds great comfort to safety and convenience. Parking is difficult, but a lot of people do not even have cars.
