For the price you pay here, you can do better. For the price you pay (especially in Milwaukee) you expect good service... Which they miserably fail at. Preventative maintenence isn't performed on apartments, leading to even bigger problems.

Look elsewhere, avoid Mandel Group Properties unless you enjoy throwing money away.

Strange, I feel exactly the opposite. It seems like the maintenance crew is always doing little things to make the building that much nicer.
