We lived in a unit on the West side. The air condition did not keep up with the sun, even while our blinds were always closed all summer. We told maintenance about it and they blamed it on our flat panel television giving off heat (which it did not give any heat off). After complaining, they gave us solar blinds - but did not install them until September, when we no longer needed them. We also had a situation, twice occurence, where fecies backed up into our shower. They blamed that on us, saying that we flushed paper towels and apple cores in our toilet. We have no children, nor would we ever do such a thing. We said that our pipes must be connected with other tenants pipes, they told us no. The second time that occurred, we had been away for 3 days, so they could not blame it on us. When we got home, it was a Sunday, of Memorial Day weekend, and they asked us if we could wait until Tuesday to clean up the shower, and we told them no. Overall, maintenance was horrible. For the price we paid, it was not a luxury apartment.
