There's tons of grass and room for my dog to run and it's a quiet area. It's really cozy.

While there is lots of grass, it is never cut. You can not have your dog off of a leash ever which then makes it impossible for them to run around. There is constantly cars in the lot with extremely loud music playing and management has done nothing to resolve that issue.
