When we moved in, we were very happy with the apartments. The private entrance, free parking, large master bedroom, and laundry in unit were great. Not long after being there we realized the oven barely worked, the toilet leaked, there was a problem with little bugs, the heating bill was outragous(electric heat), the locks for the private entrance were extremely flimsy, and we were hardly ever able to park in front of our own apartment because of there being so many tenants for one small area of parking. When we called for maintenance, it usually took atleast 2 times before it was fixed. We had some neighbors that were very quiet and others that were always loud. I complained several times but nothing was done. Also, it is not in a very good area. The apartments at the other end of our building got broken into - one upstairs and one downstairs. This was probably not very difficult given that the locks were cheap deadbolts that barely worked.
