I have lived at Harbor Pointe for 4 years and have enjoyed it. The staff has always responded to my work order requests the very next day. They even helped a friend and I move out of our 1 bedroom apartments into a 2 bedroom apartment with no trouble, even though they stood to lose money. I have never had problems with my vehicles in underground parking, which is a value here compared to what you would pay for the same service living downtown. And whenever I receive a package from UPS that I am not home to sign for, the staff keeps the package for me in the clubhouse, and not only calls me on my home phone, but also my cell phone to let me know that I have a package waiting. That's service.
