We lived in a 2 bedroom town home with detached garage. Overall I'd say it was an an average place to live, very convenient to shopping and conveniences. Pretty much what you put into your living situation is what you'll get out of it, is my experience here.
Our residence was quiet and fairly well maintained. I liked living by the "lakes," or ponds rather, as they added some scenery. I never had a problem with the neighbors that we couldn't resolve with out having to contact the staff.
Efficiency of the residence could have been better, they really should reinsulate and update the furnaces and central air conditioning units. Many times all of the parking close to our townhome was filled, and the snow removal this past winter was slower than it had been in the past.
The staff was always friendly and helpful when I called, although fairly inflexible when it came time to negociate the lease renewals. Their terms were their terms and that was it, and they made it very impractical to go without a lease even though they still required a 60 day notice.
What can I say, but make sure you come with an open mind, ask questions, and visit the apartment/townhome that you will be living in.
