Not a bad first apartment but...

This wasn't a horrible place to live. It was very convenient to local shopping centers and eateries. We lived in a 2 bdrm townhouse however the quality of the building was pretty poor. Maintenance was prompt and nice, however they were fixing very fundamental problems such as plumbing and drafty doorways. EXTREMELY expensive for utilities for heating in the winter. You're looking at a minimum of $200 a month for heating and thats if you keep it somewhat cool in your apartment. New management has redone the club house and very nice work out areas however the price is just getting to high for the quality that you're getting. Neighbors were pleasant but not an area you can really meet new people if you're a professional, however it is very diverse. Would not recommend based on the cost of heating this past winter. Froze my keester off, how it is located in a very convenient spot.
